This video demonstrates how to disable printing for a PDF document. To do this, open Windows Explorer, locate the document, right-click on it, and select "Make Secure PDF." In the PDF writer, go to the printing and viewing tab and deselect the allowed printing checkbox. Click "Publish" to confirm the protection status. The document will now have a .pdc extension and can only be opened with the Locklizard Secure PDF Viewer. Printing will be disabled, as indicated by the greyed-out print icon in the viewer. This effectively eliminates the ability to print the document.
