In the top-right corner of the page, choose Tools and select Print. On the print preview page in the top-left corner, select Customize to choose what to print. Click Print. To have your tree printed professionally, select Publish with MyCanvas in the top-right corner.
Go to the Faxes section and then click on the Sent tab to view the list of your sent faxes. Find the fax you wish to get the confirmation report of, and click on the 3-dot icon next to it. Click on the Fax Confirmation Report option to view the report.
Fax transmissions include a confirmation process. One of the reasons fax continues in use is that fax has a process to confirm that the entire message was received. When the receiving fax machine sends a confirmation signal, the sending fax machine prints a confirmation page.
Last Update: August 9th, 2021. No answer to a fax means that either there is no fax machine at the fax number entered, or the fax machines failed to connect.
Definition. Fax logs are records of fax activity. They detail the date, time, number of pages, destination fax number, and whether the transmission was successful.
A fax number is just a phone number that has a fax machine (or fax service, fax server, computer with fax software, etc.) connected to it. The largest difference between the two is that a fax tone answers the line when dialing a fax number.
Generally, a fax confirmation page is a one-page summary of the time, date, pages, and the recipients fax number. Most fax machines, by default, print out this confirmation, but if not, you should check your machine to activate it.
A fax (short for facsimile and sometimes called telecopying) is the telephonic transmission of scanned-in printed material (text or images), usually to a telephone number associated with a printer or other output device.
The easiest way to tell that your fax was successfully transmitted is if your fax machine prints a fax confirmation page. This is a one-page summary that lists the time and date, number of pages, and the recipients fax number.
How do I know if my fax was sent successfully and the recipient has received it? You will receive the status of your transmitted fax by email. If you have not enabled email notifications, you can always check the status of your sent fax from your Sent Fax folder in the Faxes section.
