heres how to save a file as a PDF on your iPhone now if you have a specific file whatever it may be it doesnt matter you can convert it over to a PDF on your iPhone Ill show you how to do that so what were going to do is first just navigate to whatever the file is Im going to open up the files app here I have some in here you can do the same if youre in Google Drive you can do the same if you downloaded it from Safari it doesnt matter so what were going to do is for example Im going to open up this PowerPoint and if I wanted to save this PowerPoint as basically a PDF all I have to do is hit the share icon at the bottom left and then Im going to tap on this print icon instead of hitting this print and actually printing this were going to hit that share icon again at the top right and you can see right under sample PowerPoint is PDF document so it is converted this over to a PDF now I can save it to files I can message it I can send it as an email whatever I want after Ive co

Unfortunately this option is not available on current iOS. The only way to do this is through the iCloud app on your PC and sync the PDF document to your iCloud Drive.
Save a PDF attachment on your iPhone or iPad Tap the PDF to open it. Tap the Share button . Swipe left over the app icons and tap Books. If you cant see Books, tap the More button. Then tap Books.
Way 3. Upload Files to iCloud Drive on iPhone/iPad Please go to Settings on your iPhone or iPad. Then tap your name iCloud Turn on iCloud Drive. Open the Files app on your iPhone, then click On My iPhone. Select the files you want to copy to iCloud Drive.
To upload files from your iOS device with iCloud storage: Select the files you want to synchronize. On the toolbar at the bottom, tap Copy to both keep the file original locally on your device and edit its copy on the cloud. Tap Move if you want your file to be stored and edited on the cloud only.
On your Mac, open Apple Books. Then find your PDF file in the Finder or on your Desktop and drag the file into your Library. Your PDF will be available in the Books app on any iPhone, iPad or Mac, as long as youve signed in to the same Apple ID and have iCloud Drive turned on for Books.
Turn on Desktop and Documents From your Mac, choose Apple menu  System Settings. Click Apple ID, then click iCloud. Under Apps Using iCloud, click iCloud Drive. Below iCloud Drive, check that Sync this Mac is turned on. Turn on Desktop Documents Folders. Click Done.
