This video tutorial demonstrates how to transfer files, videos, and images from an Android mobile phone to an SSD storage using a Samsung portable SSD with a USB Type-C port. To begin, connect one end of the cable to the SSD and enable OTG on the mobile phone by accessing settings, additional settings, and enabling OTG connection. Once OTG is enabled, connect the other end of the cable to the mobile phone, allowing access to the SSD's folders and files through the file manager. Now, you can easily transfer files between the mobile phone and the SSD.

To free up internal storage on your phone: Be sure youve inserted and set up your SD card. Open the Files app and touch Clean. Or, go to Settings Storage Internal shared storage FREE UP SPACE. If there are media files to move, touch the option to free up space. Select items to move. Touch Move to SD card Move.
With a USB cable, connect your device to your computer. On your device, tap the Charging this device via USB notification. Under Use USB for, select File transfer.
Step 1: Connect your Motorola phone to your pc using a USB cord. You may be prompted to pick a connection type; select Transfer files or Transfer photos. Step 2: Open the File Explorer on your Windows 10 PC, locate your Motorola on the left sidebar, and press to open it.
Go to Settings System Advanced Developer Options. Toggle on Enable USB debugging. Tap Default USB Configuration select File Transfer.
On your old phone, the free Motorola Migrate app. Touch Play Store (requires a Google account) and search for Motorola Migrate. On your new phone, touch Motorola Migrate and follow the onscreen instructions.
Unlock the tablet. Change the USB connection type to allow file transfers: Swipe down from the top of your home screen and touch the Charging this device via USB notification. To transfer any type of file, touch File transfer.
Move files through clean tab On your Android device, open Files by Google. . Learn how to view your storage space. Tap Menu Clean . On the Move to SD Card card, tap Select files. Select which files you would like to move. Tap Move to SD Card.
How do I change where my downloads go? Open your Android devices Settings app. Tap Storage USB. Tap Internal Storage. Tap the menu icon (three vertical dots). Tap Change where new content is saved. Select a new download location. Tap Done.
