In iCloud Drive on iCloud.com, do either of the following: Drag files from the desktop or a folder window on your computer to the iCloud Drive window or a folder icon in the iCloud Drive window. If you drag to a folder icon, it becomes highlighted to confirm that the item youre dragging will go into the folder.
Cloud Storage uses remote servers to save data, such as files, business data, videos, or images. Users upload data to servers via an internet connection, where it is saved on a virtual machine on a physical server.
Saving your files to the cloud lets you access them from anywhere and makes it easy to share them with family and friends. To save documents online with OneDrive, sign in to Office. With a document open in an Office program, click File Save As OneDrive. If you havent signed in, do that now by clicking Sign In.
Turn on Desktop and Documents From your Mac, choose Apple menu  System Settings. Click Apple ID, then click iCloud. Under Apps Using iCloud, click iCloud Drive. Below iCloud Drive, check that Sync this Mac is turned on. Turn on Desktop Documents Folders. Click Done.
Upload files If you drag to a folder icon, it becomes highlighted to confirm that the item youre dragging will go into the folder. in the iCloud Drive toolbar, select the files you want to upload, then click Upload. If you dont see the button, make sure youre not viewing the Recently Deleted folder.
At a minimum, no data that is protected by law (medical information, personal identifiers, financial data) should be stored in the cloud unless the storage solution is encrypted and you know who can decrypt it (it should only be you or your organization) and for what reason.
In the Google Cloud console, go to the Cloud Storage Buckets page. In the list of buckets, click the name of the bucket that you want to upload an object to. In the Objects tab for the bucket, either: Drag files from your desktop or file manager to the main pane in the Google Cloud console.
Check your Disk Access preferences This might be why you cant upload docs; heres how to check: Go to the main Apple menu System Settings Privacy Security Full Disk Access. Toggle on your browsers. Restart your browser and try again.
