hello friends welcome back today we are going to be accessing or updating object properties after youve created a JavaScript object you can update its properties at any time just like you would update any other variable you can use either dot or or bracket notation to update for example lets look at our dog our dog is equal to where the name is camper legs is 4 tails as one and friends is everything in brackets with a string since hes a particularly happy dog lets change his name to happy camper so his name was camper we want to make it happy camper heres how we update his this his objects name property so were setting our dog name is equal to happy camper so thats just that easy you call the the object name and then you put a dot and then the key afterwards key pair and so its name and this renders this will change camper to happy camper our dog name is equal to happy camper so here theyre just saying if they render it out it be oh no theyre doing it in bracket notation her

Object constructors Constructor functions are one way of creating objects in JavaScript. Using a constructor for an object creates a blueprint. This allows for many instances of the same object to be created using a keyword. Property values are passed to the constructor using arguments.
To update an object in a JavaScript array, you can use findIndex() method for executing each array element and updating the object values ingly, the for loop method for iterating through an array and updating the specified value, and map() method for mapping the updated value to an object.
There are 3 ways to create objects. By object literal. By creating instance of Object directly (using new keyword) By using an object constructor (using new keyword)
To update all the values in an object: Use the Object. keys() method to get an array of the objects keys. Iterate over the array using the fodocHub() method and update each value. After the last iteration, all the values in the object will be updated.
Accessing object properties Dot notation. Dot notation is used most often, as its the easiest to read. The syntax is: objectName. Bracket notation. Bracket notation allows for the use of variables that resolve a string. Object. values() Object.keys() Object. Object.freeze() The method Object. Object. seal()
To update all the elements in an array: Call the map() method to iterate over the array. On each iteration, return the updated value. The map() method will return a new array that contains the updated values.
Using dot notation A simple approach is to use the dot notation with an assignment operator to add a property to an existing object. The syntax is: object. property = value .
Creating a JavaScript Object Create a single object, with the keyword new . Define an object constructor, and then create objects of the constructed type. Create an object using Object.create() .
You can create an object in three different ways: Using object literal. By creating instance of Object directly. By using constructor function.
One can update the value of the property just by reassigning the value to the same key. Add the properties to the array of Object. Delete the properties from the array of Object. Update every values of the existing property in the array of Objects.
