Combine multiple files into one PDF on your PC. Click the blue button labeled Select files or drag and drop your files into the drop zone on the merge PDFs page on Acrobat online. If needed, reorder the files by clicking on the dotted lines to their left and dragging the selected file to the desired location.
If your PDF files are password protected, remove the passwords by changing the security settings in File properties. Go to the File tab and select Combine. Add the PDF files you want to combine and then click OK. The new document will be formed and open as another tab which you can save.
How to add passwords and permissions to PDF files: Open a file in Acrobat and choose Tools Protect. Select whether you want to restrict editing with a password or encrypt the file with a certificate or password. Set password or security method as desired. Click OK and then click Save.
Remove a Password from PDF Login to docHub on desk top. Locate the lock icon, which will open Security Settings. In Security Settings, click Permission Details. A pop-up will appear titled Document Properties. Select No Security. See that the Security Method now states No Security. Success!

How to unlock a PDF to remove password security: Open the PDF in Acrobat. Use the Unlock tool: Choose Tools Protect Encrypt Remove Security. Remove Security: The options vary depending on the type of password security attached to the document.
Alternatively, you can allow all URLs. Choose Edit Preferences (Windows) or Acrobat/docHub Reader Preferences (Mac OS). From the Categories on the left, select Trust Manager. Click Change Settings to specify the default behavior for accessing the Internet from PDFs.
How to disable docHub Reader protected mode Open docHub Reader. Click Edit in the menu bar. Click Preferences. Click Security (Enhanced) of Categories. Uncheck Enable Protected Mode At Startup.
Follow these steps for how to merge PDF files on a PC: Open one of the PDFs you want to combine in the Acrobat program on your PC. In the Tools tab, select Combine Files Add Files. Choose the PDFs you want to merge. Arrange your files by moving them around with your mouse or deleting files.
