Hi this is Marty Carter with SumnerOne Service. Today were turning on transmission reports for faxes on a Canon ImageRunner Advanced Series. Settings and Registration. Here make sure that youre logged in as an administrator. Then you will see function settings, send, fax settings scroll until you see fax TX report We can choose for error only where itll print out a paper report only when it fails or on we want that printout every time we send a fax Report with TX image, you can choose whether you want it the first page of that fax to be printed on the piece of paper or not. Im gonna leave that on and press ok. And now we can close out. Enter the IP address into the web browser. Then log in as an administrator. Once here, were gonna click where it says settings/registration. Here were gonna choose where it says send. Then fax TX report / fax activity report Here well see the fax transmission reports are currently turned off. We have the option to choose error only. Itll only
