Add a comment to a merge request diff To select a specific commit, on the merge request, select the Commits tab, select the commit message. By the line you want to comment on, hover over the line number and select Comment ({comment}). Enter your comment and select Start a review or Add comment now.
In the left side bar of your project you need to select merge-requests and there you have the Export as CSV button which will send a cvs file containing all merge-requests to your configured email address.
Select the {comment} comment icon in the gutter to expand the diff lines and display a comment box. In GitLab version 13.2 and later, you can select multiple lines. In the text area, write your first comment, then select Start a review below your comment. Continue adding comments to lines of code.

Go to your Group overview (on your left side of the screen) Activity . When you click on Activity you will get a set of options like on the screenshot below. Click on Comments and you will see the list of comments.
Show only comments Open the Overview tab in a merge request, issue, or epic. On the right side of the page, select from the filter: Show all activity: Display all user comments and system notes.
