Selecting each duplicate will show you the folder locations of the URL (bottom) and allow you to select which folder you want to delete the duplicate from by clicking Remove.
To sync your bookmarks and/or history with Firefox Sync by simply signing in to your existing Firefox account: Tap the menu button. Tap Settings. Tap Turn on Sync.
