hello friends this is spoon eater from Excel jams calm and today in this video Im going to show you that how to use undo and redo buttons from your quick access toolbar now in my worksheet I have entered some text here and if I want to undo these texts I have to press ctrl Z 5 times and if I want to redo that text I have to press ctrl Y again 5 times now let me show you that how can we do this with a single click just go to your quick access toolbar and here we have an undo button and just click on that down arrow and we have a list of five actions we have performed last so if I want to undo these actions just select these actions and click and all the actions which are which I have performed are now undo now as soon as you undo these actions this is another button along with that undo button which is a redo button and all these five actions are there and if you want to get back these text just select these five actions and all the text is back in your worksheet the best part of this

Click the rightmost arrow in the quick access toolbar, and choose the Undo item, then you will successfully add it into the quick access toolbar.
