In this video tutorial, three methods to convert an Excel spreadsheet to a PDF are demonstrated. The first method shown is using the print to PDF feature, where the user goes to File Print and selects Microsoft Print to PDF under Printer. The Page Setup should have Print Quality selected before clicking print and saving the PDF to a chosen folder. The Save As method is recommended for older versions of Windows, where the user selects the worksheet, goes to File Save As, types a file name, selects PDF, and clicks Save.
