Several years ago, I recommended Foxit Reader from Foxit Software as a PDF reader alternative to DocHub Reader. PDFs are commonly used for manuals and online forms. A common challenge is filling in forms without printing and scanning or using a typewriter. For forms like the IRS W9 with yellow squares to type in, any reader works.
