Many years ago, I started recommending Foxit Reader as a replacement for DocHub Reader as the PDF reader of choice. PDFs are commonly found for manuals and online forms. One of the biggest questions I receive is how to fill in forms without printing them out and writing on them. When downloading forms like the W9 from the IRS, there are yellow squares and boxes to type in.
