hello so Im gonna show you how to randomize a list in Excel theres no native function to do that in Excel you could write some VBA Im sure to do it but theres a much easier function a much easier way to do it so you can see here I have a list of letters in alphabetical order and all Im gonna do is make a new column called a random and Im gonna do equals are a and D for random thats all I need to do and its gonna ready general random number in that column Im just gonna fill in the rest of this column now I have random numbers and that an entire column Im just gonna sort by that column there we go and now my letters are in a random order if Id you dont want to see that you can just right-click it here go to hide there we go there I have my column nice and sorted randomly
