Saving PowerPoint Slides as PDF on Mac One way is to select File Save As and choose PDF as the file format. This will save the slides as a PDF document on your Mac.
While in PowerPoint, select File and then Print. Under the Slides section of the Print settings, select Notes Pages. From the Printer drop-down menu, select docHub PDF, Microsoft Print to PDF, or any other PDF reader that may be listed. Enter the File Name and click Save to convert to PDF.
How To Save Powerpoint as PDF With Notes Included Open your PowerPoint presentation. Click File, then Print. Go to the Show Details section. Choose Notes from the Layout dropdown. Choose Save as PDF from the PDF dropdown, and click Save.
Export your presentation to PDF format Click File Export. On the File Format menu, click, PDF.
To save PowerPoint slides as PDF on a Mac, there are a couple of methods you can use. One way is to select File Save As and choose PDF as the file format. This will save the slides as a PDF document on your Mac. Another option is to go to File Export and select PDF as the file format.
On your Mac its just a matter of: File Print. Select the Handouts (2 slides per page) Layout. Click the PDF button select Save As PDF.
Click File, then Print. Go to the Show Details section. Choose Notes from the Layout dropdown. Choose Save as PDF from the PDF dropdown, and click Save.
Method 1. Using Copy and Paste Open the corresponding PowerPoint presentation. Navigate to the desired slide from where you want to export notes. Click on the Notes option, which youll find at the bottom of the slide. Select the note text. Press Ctrl+C to copy the selected note text.
