With TurboTax, its easy to import your investment results. We expect to have most 1099s available online in our Tax Center by February 15, 2022. All forms should be posted by February 17. Now, lets start importing your investment results. To begin, you need two pieces of information: your account number and your 1099 document ID. To find your account number, log in to your TD Ameritrade account, then on the Client Services tab, select Personal Information. The number is listed under Account information. Your 1099 document ID information can be found on the form you received for tax year 2021. The document ID is located in the top-right corner, and the account number is located at the top in the middle of the document. You can also access a copy of this form through the TD Ameritrade Mobile app. Go to the Accounts tab, select Documents, and then Tax Documents.
