Choose Window Editorial Track Changes to open the Track Changes panel (InDesign), or choose Window Track Changes to open the Track Changes toolbar (InCopy).

Can you trace if PDF has been edited?

If you go to the document properties of a PDF file (control or command d), if the proper metadata is available, it will list the creation date and time and modified date and time. This can help you determine if a pdf file has been modified since creation.

Is there a way to track changes in PDF?

Its not possible to track changes in PDF documents in the same way that you can track changes in Microsoft Word files or using advanced redlining software. Instead, revisions made to documents in a PDF will need to be saved as a separate document, which means creating and storing multiple copies of it.
