[Music] formatting basics for trade publication and im using a libra office first thing well do is start libra office which is the word processing software and select new writer document the next thing well do is page style this is located on the menu you click with your right finger on the mouse that brings up this menu here which has page style or you can go up to the format menu tab and page style is also found there but its easier just to use your right mouse click get page style and then the box comes up trade publications are six inches wide so we change that and nine inches tall [Music] and then we go to page layout which is over here on the right side and we change this from right and left to mirrored that gives us double-sided pages and now im going to call up [Music] stored margin settings i use these all the time [Music] and there we have it for six by nine trade publication enter is point six eight [Music] so were going to reset that [Music] outer is .36 [Music] top
