hi exploring whiskey people welcome back im eric and im kevin and this is exploring whiskey where well be sampling whiskeys from around the world and today we are finishing up the buffalo trace lineup and you are in for a treat because today we are going bottom shelf yup when you get to that liquor store look down for these guys theres a its kind of funny there theres a similarity to a lot of these but theres a mesh build um theres all that its all shared with the other bourbons that they have but theres just a huge difference in quality taste all that kind of stuff and price and ability to find so overall we have ancient age this bourbon is the mash build 2 so it is more along the lines of blintons i think has the mesh build too a little bit higher rye more in the 15 to 20 percent high rye percentage wheat barley things like that they dont share their percentage percentages but both the benchmark and the old charter are mash bill one just like buffalo trace just like eagl
