It sounds like you are in Web Layout view. Change to Print Layout view via the View tab of the ribbon.
Go to Layout Breaks Page. Click or tap in the document where you want a page break. Go to Insert Page Break.
Go to Layout Breaks, and then choose the type of section break you want. Next Page Starts the new section on the following page. Continuous Starts the new section on the same page. Even Page Starts the new section on the next even-numbered page. Odd Page Starts the new section on the next odd-numbered page.
Section breaks are used to divide the document into sections. Once section breaks are inserted, you can format each section separately. For example, format a section as a single column for the introduction of a report, and then format the next section as two columns for the reports body text.
On the Page Layout tab, click the Breaks command, then select the desired section break from the drop-down menu. In our example, well select Continuous so our paragraph remains on the same page as the columns. A section break will appear in the document.
There are four different types of section breaks that you can insert. They are Next Page, Continuous, Odd Page, and Even Page. A Next Page section break inserts a page break, but also creates two separate sections of the document so that each section can have its own unique page layout.
Go to Layout Breaks Page. Click or tap in the document where you want a page break. Go to Insert Page Break.
Choose the type of section break you want: Next Page Section break starts the new section on the following page. Continuous Section break starts the new section on the same page. Even Page Section break starts a new section on the next even-numbered page.
A bone can fracture in different ways.Common types of fractures include: Stable fracture. Open (compound) fracture. Transverse fracture. Oblique fracture. Comminuted fracture.
Page breaks allow you to have more control over the layout of your document. You might use a page break if youre writing a paper that has a title page or a bibliography to ensure it starts on a new page.
