people seem to to not remember is that if theres someone in jail that doesnt have any money and theyre indigent a judge can already release that person on a zero dollar bond or on their own recognizance without anyone having to pass any legislation without any activists having to um you know go go influence a legislator in some way it all the system already handles that and if the issue is that you think theres poor people in jail find out why theyre not being released as opposed to just assuming because its money and i think thats the thing that that false narrative thats being spun that its all about the money has left out is that the the system already has the mechanisms in place to handle those and we need to just have the information of why thats not happening and by the way its typically because that persons a repeat offender with a long list of crimes that the judge has seen five times in the last month and they dont want to release because they know the person is
