csis 1430 is filmed before a live studio audience okay lets make shapes the first one is a really simple one its kind of fun and easy lets just make a div here and well just attack div directly and were gonna put a border on it were gonna do four separate borders though so border of 200 and well make the height the same and now we have this nice 200 by 200 box but i want you to look at the borders where they come together okay look at those you see how theyre beveled together in the corners see that so lets make those a little bit wider im going to override the border width right here by setting it to 55. thatll override everything above it so itll change all those fives to 55 basically all right see whats happening here as you get bigger now what if that content on the inside gets smaller like if its 20 pixels now if that was all just one color right if i just did border color and it was all black thats kind of what you expected to see right just a big fat 55 pixel bord
