Taylor explains how to use keyboard shortcuts to strike through text in Microsoft PowerPoint. There are two ways to do this: using ribbon guide shortcuts on a PC and font dialog box shortcuts. The shortcut Alt + H4 is used to access the strikethrough command in the Home tab. This shortcut does not require you to hold down any keys.
