In this video Id like to show you how to quickly insert a page break in Microsoft Word. So notice here I have this document with Chapter 1 and then, as I move down, I see that the page ends right here. And then on page 2, we have two lines of text from Chapter 1, and then Chapter 2 starts. But typically in most books, when I start a new chapter, I start on a new page. So to make this go to a new page, I want to insert a page break. And as with most things in Word, I can do that a number of ways. I can either go to Insert and click on this Page Break here. Or I can go to Page Layout and click on Breaks here where you see a number of them, and select this first one, Page, and Ill go and do that now. And then notice how it shows Page Break, and Chapter 2 now starts on page 3. So the page break is entered right here. And now I have Chapter 2, which is on page 3.
