hey guys its master k uh im going to perform escrima stick number one its a very basic double stick form that we do here um its not about tongue sodo form its a form that we made up uh miss alex and myself we have three of them we have a basic intermediate and advanced this is the basic one very basic again this is mostly for kids that have never used these sticks before okay so extremely stick number one ha ha
