You can make a single left or right column sticky using the position: sticky CSS property. Note that position: sticky is supported by Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge, but not IE11. IE11 does fail gracefully though the columns just dont stick.
Set overflow-x to Hidden to Disable Horizontal Scroll Bar in CSS. For disabling the horizontal scrolling we can set the property overflow-x to hidden along with the height is set to 100%. Everything else remains the same.
Select the cell below the rows and to the right of the columns you want to keep visible when you scroll. Select View Freeze Panes Freeze Panes.
To freeze the row/column we can use a simple HTML table and CSS. HTML: In HTML we can define the header row by tag or we can use tag also. Below example is using the tag. We also put the table in DIV element to see the horizontal and vertical scrollbar by setting the overflow property of the DIV element.
How do I implement sticky scrolling? Edit the Section/Widget by clicking its handle. Click the Advanced tab in the panel. Open the Motion Effects section. Sticky: Choose to set your section to stick to the Top or Bottom of the screen, when scrolling.
The easy fix is to use width: 100% instead. Percentages dont include the width of the scrollbar, so will automatically fit. If you cant do that, or youre setting the width on another element, add overflow-x: hidden or overflow: hidden to the surrounding element to prevent the scrollbar.
The horizontal scrollbar issue on mobile devices can be fixed by setting overflow to hidden. You can do this by using the Elementor Section settings or by adding CSS code.
Select the cell below the rows and to the right of the columns you want to keep visible when you scroll. Select View Freeze Panes Freeze Panes.
