im here today to talk about warranty solutions and the fact that they are um not honoring the warranties that they uh that people buy from through dealerships or through their company um and im going to give you some examples of how they have failed me miserably and uh hopefully youll take this to heart and think real hard before you purchase a warranty from them so um i have a 2014 ram uh dodge ram 2500 that i purchased back in 2014 brand new and when i purchased the vehicle i purchased an extended warranty package through the the ram dealer that i bought the truck from um ive taken the truck to be repaired and there are theres a couple of issues that have come up that have needed repair from uh items that have this this warranty that i purchased was a uh supposedly 10-year bumper-to-bumper warranty well theres really no such thing as a bumper-to-bumper warranty but uh its supposed to cover all of the major components and i purchased the most expensive package you could get be
