Stacked text refers to the fraction and tolerance formats applied to characters within multiline text object and multileaders. You use special characters to indicate how selected text should be stacked. Slash (/) stacks text vertically, separated by a horizontal line.
Specify Default Dimension Properties Click Tools tab Options panel Document Settings . In the Units tab of the Document Settings dialog box, under Modeling Dimension Display, choose the degree of precision you want to apply to dimensions: Linear Dim Display Precision.
To change the default unit of measure in the active file, go to Tools tab Options panel Document Settings and then select the Units tab in the dialog box. Select the Length drop-list to change units such as inches to mm. When you change the units setting, all existing values in the file display as the new units.
Stacked Text is two texts stacked on top of each other. Its very useful for user names or short texts. Unfortunately, only the letters a, c, d, e, h, i, m, o, r, t, u, v and x could initially be used. We solved this problem by adding in some other letters from a different kind, but its not perfect though.
Changing dimensions from decimals to fractions Placed in the individual parts needed for the assembly. Went to the Styles Editor. Dimensions then Default-Fraction (ANSI) Changed format to Fraction (Diagonal) Changed Percision to 1/32. Right clicked Save then Done. Clicked Update and Purge.

Stack strings in texts and notes Select the sequence, right-click, and choose Stack from the menu. Alternatively (in the Format Text dialog box only), select the sequence and click Stack. To change the stacking properties, right-click the stacked text again, and choose Properties from the menu.
