hi so this video is going to be how to make a 3d projection as this stack projection in using the image j uh as we have take acquire um images in the confocal uh usually they come like uh like in an export folder like this and once you open youre gonna have all the different channels of the images so here we have the rgb um tritcy just red the rgb dappy in blue and the rgb that it has both channels merged what were going to do im going to show how to do the z stack using the image j so you go here in file at image j and import image sequence in here you need to find the image that you were that you wanted to work with so that one is in here and is this one h 1a so lets open this one for example only rgb only rgb dappy for example and to separate this rgb dappy to the others ones like only rgb or an rgb 3c we need to write here that the files should con this files name should contain the word dappy okay click ok its creating our image its going to be with 13 images we can check
