Today's tutorial will cover Microsoft Word 2016 and how to expand and collapse body text in a document. To start, go to the View tab, Show group, and click the checkbox for Navigation Pane. In the Navigation Pane, headings formatted with heading styles 1, 2, or 3 will appear. By clicking the gray caret next to a heading, you can collapse all text under that heading.
