The Preview app in Mac OS Mojave allows users to easily split PDFs into separate documents and merge PDFs into one document. Users can view all pages in a PDF, choose specific pages to split, delete unwanted pages, and create new documents with selected pages. Multiple methods can be used to split PDFs, such as deleting pages individually or in groups. Undoing actions is possible with the Command+Z shortcut.
