Rotating PDFs on iPhones with a PDF reader app. Open the file in the Acrobat Reader app. Select the Organize Pages tool on the left of the screen. Tap and hold the pages you want to rotate. Tap either clockwise or counterclockwise rotation at the bottom of the toolbar.
