The Preview app in Mac OS Mojave allows for easy splitting and merging of PDF documents. To split a PDF into two separate documents, simply select the pages you want to remove and delete them. Alternatively, you can also select the pages you want to keep and delete the rest. Remember to use Command Z to undo any deletions.
