Choose Tools Organize Pages. Or, select Organize Pages from the right pane. Select pages to delete: Click the page thumbnail of any page or pages you want to delete, then click the Delete icon to remove the page or pages from the file.
Crop a PDF In the Preview app on your Mac, click the Show Markup Toolbar button (if the Markup toolbar isnt showing), then click the Rectangular Selection button . Select the portion of the page you want to keep. Click the Crop button in the Markup toolbar (or use the Touch Bar).
In the menu bar at the top of the screen, click the View menu and choose Thumbnails. Choose which pages of your PDF you will extract. Hold down the Command key as you click each page. These pages will be highlighted.
Open your PDF in the Preview app. Open the thumbnail view and select the page or pages you would like to separate. Drag and drop the pages to your desktop or to another folder.
Delete pages from PDF using Acrobat Open the PDF in Acrobat. Choose Edit from the global toolbar, or select All tools, and then select Organize pages. Select a page thumbnail you want to delete and select Delete on the left pane to delete the page. A confirmation dialog box is displayed. Save the PDF.
How to edit text in a PDF on a Mac. Select Tools. Select Annotate. Tap the text icon. Place your cursor on the PDF where you want to add new text. Type the text. Use the text icon to change the font, size, and style of the text.
How to delete pages from PDFs in Preview. Open your PDF in the Preview app. Select the page you want to delete. If you dont see the sidebar to select a page, choose View Thumbnails. Press Delete or choose Edit from the menu bar and then Delete.
Highlight pages you want to extract To extract non-consecutive pages, click a page to extract, then hold the Ctrl key (Windows) or Cmd key (Mac) and click each additional page you want to extract into a new PDF document.
