This video tutorial demonstrates how to disable printing on a PDF document. First, locate the document in Windows Explorer, right-click on it, and choose "Make Secure PDF." In the PDF writer, go to the printing and viewing tab and ensure the "allowed printing" checkbox is deselected. Click "Publish" to confirm the protection status. The protected PDF will now have a .pdc extension and can only be opened with the Locklizard Secure PDF Viewer. Printing on the document will be disabled, as indicated by the greyed-out print icon in the viewer.
