Method 2. How to Make Clickable Link in PDF with Acrobat In the Home interface, click the Upload a file button. Import the PDF you want to create a URL for. Go to Documents Your documents. Check the PDF file and click Share. And this will generate a URL for PDF.
Crop a page using the Crop tool Choose Tools Edit PDF. In the secondary toolbar, select Crop Pages. Drag a rectangle on the page that you want to crop. Double-click inside the cropping rectangle. To apply these settings to more pages, set the page range or select All under Page Range.
Choose Tools, click on Edit PDF, then on Link, and finally, select Add/Edit Web or Document Link. Select the area that you want to hyperlink. Then, in the Create Link dialog box, choose the options you want for the link appearance and click on the Open a Web Page button for the link action.
Left-click and drag the scissors over the area you would like to snip. This area will then be pasted into the existing PDF document as an image which can be resized and moved to the desired location.
