hello today were going to cover how to make a link to a specific paragraph in a Google Doc now the document that were using today is only a few pages long but this becomes a really valuable tool when youre dealing with massive documents that are tens or hundreds of pages in length in those cases it can be really difficult to find a specific section of text that someone has asked you to reference and it can save everyone time if you just provide a direct link to the relevant section of the text so to do this put your cursor at the start of the paragraph that you want to link to in this example I want to link to this paragraph here then head to the insert menu at the top of the page and choose bookmark youll see that this little ribbon gets inserted into the document where your cursor was previously now head down to that ribbon icon and click on it youll see that you have the option to get a link or to remove the bookmark if you ever decide you no longer want the bookmark to be ther

To select all matching text with similar formatting: Select the text with the desired formatting. Right-click the selected text. A drop-down menu appears. For Mac users with a one button mouse, press ⌘ + Shift + \ or Shift + F10 to display the context menu. Click Select all matching text.
Copying Paragraph Formatting Select the paragraph where you want to copy the formatting. On the Home tab, in the Clipboard group, click Copy Formatting. Select the paragraph(s) where you want to replace the formatting. On the Home tab, in the Clipboard group, click Paste, or use the keyboard shortcut Ctrl+V.
