Parser provides the functionality to extract data from Microsoft Office PowerPoint presentations. Both classic (ppt, pot) and Open XML (pptx, potx) formats are supported.
Open a presentation as a folder Click the presentation that you want, right-click it, and then click Rename. Change the file extension (. pptx) to . Double-click the zipped file to open an Explorer window for the content files.
To use the Snipping Tool when you have a mouse and a keyboard: Press Windows logo key + Shift + S. The desktop will darken while you select an area for your screenshot. Rectangular mode is selected by default. The screenshot is automatically copied to your clipboard.
Open the PPT file in PowerPoint and select File Export from the menu bar. Select Create Handouts. Select a page layout in the Send To Microsoft Word window. Select OK to export the slideshow into a Word file.
Press Ctrl + PrtScn keys. The entire screen changes to gray including the open menu. Select Mode, or in earlier versions of Windows, select the arrow next to the New button. Select the kind of snip you want, and then select the area of the screen capture that you want to capture.
How to export PPT metadata Open this GroupDocs. Click inside the file drop area to upload a PPT file or drag drop a PPT file. Your file will be rendered for you in our metadata editor. Click on Export Properties button to export metadata to Excel format and download the XLSX file.
If all PowerPoint text is in placeholders, please choose FileExport and choose Rich /text Format (. rtf). You can then save the RTF as plain text in TextEdit. If you have text in text boxes as well as in placeholders, then export as PDF.
Open your presentation in PowerPoint. Choose the slide on the left side of the window that includes the image you wish to find the source for. Then go to the choose Format Picture and look at the Alt Text field, specifically the Description.
