Hi everyone, Kevin here. Today I want to show you how you can create your very own fillable form using Microsoft Word. First off, what is a fillable form? You can have people go in and fill out a form, but they wont be able to edit the questions or the structure of the form. You can use things like check boxes, text fields, drop down lists, date pickers, to build your form. Once someones finished completing your form, they can e-mail it back, they could print it out, or you could even connect it to a database. Connecting to a database is outside of the scope of todays tutorial. Its kind of like an docHub PDF form, but its Microsofts version of it. You can link or embed one or more slides, or you can embed an entire presentation. When you embed a PowerPoint presentation object in your document, Word runs the PowerPoint slide show when you double-click the presentation object in the document. You cannot edit the presentation within the document.
In PowerPoint, select the slide that you want to add the file to, and then select Insert Object. In the Insert Object box, select Create from file, and then enter the PDF file location; or, click Browse, find the PDF file, and then select OK.
The Slide Show Menu (or tab) has the commands you need to bundle your slides and create your presentation or slide show.

You can also link to a Word document, an Excel workbook, a file, or an email address. Select the text or object that you want to make into a hyperlink. On the Home tab, under Insert, click Text, and then click Hyperlink.
