connect hi how are you [Music] hi today im going to show you how to activate and use the slide to text feature in ios um remember this feature was introduced in ios 13. its similar to the swipe feature that you know android users already had before um but officially you know iphone introduced it on the ios 13. before that if you wanted to use that feature you have to download a third-party keyboard like a g board but now you can officially have it for this first we want to make sure its activated so go to settings on the general youll see a keyboard and then make sure slide to type is activated if its not activated just tap it and make sure its activated then lets uh do some testing on how to use it so to use slide to text is pretty easy instead of typing you know one letter at a time letter by letter like in the past hi how are you in slides test you just keep going and kind of uh connect the letters so in this case i will just connect hi how are you notice that uh the spacing
