Hi Im Tiffany from custom service hardware and welcome to Tips from Tiff. Today Im going to show you how to choose a new side mount drawer slide in case you need to replace a broken one or if you want to upgrade to full extension or soft close. There are a lot of different types of slides out there so Im going to try and simplify the issue for you and help you find exactly what you need. It is worth mentioning that you could choose to go with an undermount slide like this in order to give your drawer a clean modern look but if youre going to replace a sign outside with an undermount slide youre going to have to completely rebuild your drawer box which is not an easy job to do by yourself. If youre looking to upgrade your slides youre probably looking for soft close, full extension, or both. With the soft close slide it has a damper so that when you push the drawer, it softly closes with the full extension slide, in comparison to your normal European epoxy slide, the full extens

Make your TIFF images into JPGs. Choose File and select Save As. Or, choose File, then Export, and Save for Web (Legacy). You can use either process to save CMYK, RGB, or grayscale images. Note: JPGs support only 8-bit images, so the bit depth will automatically be lowered on anything with a 16-bit image quality.
TIFF format is a good choice for storing document images because they are larger in size and provide better quality. They are also easier to edit than PDFs. However, TIFFs are not as secure as PDFs. TIFFs are generally larger than PDFs, but can be compressed to reduce the file size.
A TIFF scan will look more grainy because it does have a lot of digital data. JPEGs look more smooth, but less sharp. But, the grain is important because it does add more pixel depth (sharpness). Thats why JPEGs look smoother.
How to convert a TIFF to a PDF. In Acrobat, navigate to the Create PDF option from the Tools menu. Click on Select A File. Navigate to the location of your TIFF file and click on it. Choose Create. Click the save icon to save your new PDF to the desired location.
TIFF files store much more image data than their JPEG counterparts. This makes them a favorite with photographers due to their stunning image quality. However, the higher resolution requires much larger file sizes meaning they can be awkward to use and more difficult to store.
Avoid using the TIFF format for images. TIFF images are used in print publications and for archival purposes, but the files are extremely large and the extra resolution they offer cannot be displayed on computer monitors.
What is a TIFF file? A TIFF, which stands for Tag Image File Format, is a computer file used to store raster graphics and image information. A favorite among photographers, TIFFs are a handy way to store high-quality images before editing if you want to avoid lossy file formats.
TIFF or Tag Image File Format is the perfect image format for page layout, publishing, and photo manipulation software. TIFF images are crisp in quality and rich in colors.
