working with shapes or pictures in powerpoints sometimes it can be quite difficult to align the shapes get them all line look perfectly you cant judge this with UI but it can take a while and especially been working with lots of shapes its gonna take quite a long time so theres a quick and easy way to do this in PowerPoint the first thing I need to do is to select all my shape so Im gonna click on the first one hold the shift key down and just click on the others with the shape selected I can see the drawing tools click on there on formats and in the arrange group and a line down arrow and Ive got lots of options here to help me align my shapes Im going to choose a line top brilliant the only thing is Ive got different amount of space between each shape so back to a line this time Im selecting distribute horizontally now everythings perfectly lined up the only thing now is that I want these four shapes to be absolutely in the middle of my slide again I could do that by eye bu
