Hi everyone, my name is Kevin. Today I want to show you how you can edit a PDF using Microsoft Word, and as full disclosure before we jump into this, I work at Microsoft as a full-time employee. All right, well lets jump on the desktop. Here I am on my desktop, and I have a PDF file called certificate. Im going to go ahead and click on that and I have this nice certificate that I found online. Its a PDF file and I run a company and I have some employees who I want to celebrate. You know, instead of giving people a pay raise, Im just going to give him this paper certificate and hopefully that makes them satisfied with this company. No, really, Id probably just give him more money, I think that makes people happy and maybe throw the certificate in too, but heres the certificate and unfortunately, its a PDF and I cant edit the name of the recipient. I cant type anything down here. I cant type in a date. Its kind of annoying how its hard to edit PDFs,

Sign in to Acrobat. Select divider lines to set up the page ranges for each split PDF file you need. Click Save. Acrobat saves the split PDF files in your original Document Cloud folder or a new folder.
Reason: The browser is simply reading the metadata that is saved in the actual PDF file as the document title, which may be different from the document file name. You may confirm this by opening the PDF file in docHub Reader navigate to File Properties.
There are four probable reasons why your PDF cannot be renamed 1) The file is still open with an application 2) the file is deleted or changed in another window 3) the file is being named too long or with characters that are not allowed 4) the file was made with a faulty application.
Open the PDF document in docHub Pro: Select File Properties. Select the Description tab to view the metadata in the document, including the document information dictionary. Modify the Title field to add or change the documents Title entry.
How to split a PDF file: Open the PDF in Acrobat. Choose Organize Pages Split. Choose how you want to split a single file or multiple files. Name and save: Click Output Options to decide where to save, what to name, and how to split your file. Split your PDF: Click OK and then Split to finish.
When using the theme template the first slide to appear in Normal view is called the Title Slide. The title slide is the slide that is used to introduce the presentation to the audience.
Go to menu Edit (Windows) or Acrobat (Mac) - Preferences, choose Page Display category and verify Smooth Text option under Rendering. If it is set to None, change it to For Laptop/LCD screens (or Monitor, if it is the case).
docHub can add page labels to PDF documents. Page labels allow you to set distinct names or numbers that can be different from bookmarks or standard page numbers. For example using lower case roman numerals (iii,iv,v,vi) for a Preface at the beginning of a document.
Next, click on the File tab and then select Properties. Locate and click on Description. This will display the PDF metadata. Like Acrobat, youll see options to edit or delete the metadata.
Open the PDF in Acrobat, and then do one of the following: Choose Tools Redact. On the Edit menu, choose Redact Text Images. Select the text or image in a PDF, right-click, and select Redact. Select the text or image in a PDF, choose Redact in the floating context-menu.
