hey everyone julian graham again with another tutorial this was just going to be a quick one on how to copy from one google slide deck to another this is mostly for our group members the bitmoji craze for educators because this is a frequently asked question so a lot of times people will open a file that has been shared in our group and theyll copy and paste from it and they get these gray boxes with block triangles with exclamation points which mean that the image cannot be uploaded or the image cannot load so im going to show you how to get around that and why that is happening so the reason why this is happening is because you are copying from one google account into a different account so for instance im just use this as an example this is an activity that jen peterson one of the other moderators for our group shared in our group and i just opened it up you can see that it is open in my this is my personal google account so i am just going to copy this slide notice still view on

Its quite possible that the images in your file are pushing it past the size limits and in order for the document to load, you may need to compress your large images and replace the current ones with the compressed ones. There are free online apps that can do image compression.
Basically this signifies that the pictures are stored in iCloud.
A red circle with an exclamation point (!) is a tagging suggestion. You see it when you view a memory item from the Person Page. The photo is associated with a person, but you did not identify the person within the photo. Only the submitter sees the exclamation point.
That symbol shows up on photos that are too low-res for printing. If your heart is set on that photo, we recommend resizing the image. For print sets, we recommend images that are 2-5 MB in size and have a resolution of at least 150 PPI.
in order to keep your photos non blurry and to get rid of the exclamation mark you have to go into settings and click icloud. Once you click it there will be a series of options you can choose, click Photos.
The reason you see the exclamation mark on your photos and lower-quality photos is that not only do you have little space left on your iPhone, but you are also using iCloud to store the higher-quality versions while only the lower-quality photos are left on your phone.
If you open the image and see the exclamation mark, select Photos from the menu bar and click on the dropdown that says Revert to original.
If you want to use that photo, you will need to restore the picture from iCloud. Images take time to restore and also may appear smudged and blurry. To get rid of the exclamation, switch the storage option (Settings Photos) to Download and Keep Originals. iCloud will warn you if you have sufficient storage.
