Step 2: Export slides as images In PowerPoint, open your presentation and then select the slide you want to export. Go to the File tab. Now select Save As. In the file type field, select one of the following image formats: JPEG File Interchange Format (* . jpg) Select Save. The following dialog box appears:
By default, the export resolution of a PowerPoint slide that you want to save as a picture is 96 dots per inch (dpi).
Select Save As from the File Menu. For Format, select JPEG. For Options, ensure Width is 1920 and Height is 1080.
How to save a PowerPoint slide as a jpeg Double click on the slide to open it. Select File from the tabs. Select Save as from the list. Select where you would like to locate this. Change the name of the item. Change the save as from *. pptx to JPEG or other available image extension.
When importing pictures and other graphics into PowerPoint, it is generally best to choose a resolution for those items that is at or near 1024 x 768 if you intend the image to be full screen. Anything larger will automatically be scaled down by PowerPoint.
Select File Export and choose JPEG from the dropdown menu.Follow these steps: Open the PPT file in PowerPoint. Right-click on an image and select Save As Picture. Set the image format and select Save. To save the original image, select the small arrow next to Save and then Save Original Picture.
Right-click on the created ExportBitmapResolution value, choose Decimal and set the value to 300.
By default, when you save your PowerPoint slides as an image, it comes out pretty crappy. Theres a reason for this. PowerPoint is configured to export images at 96 Dots Per Inch (or DPI). This forces your pictures to be exported at awful resolutions like 960720 or 1280720.
Exporting PowerPoint Slide as High-Res Image on Mac Select the slide you want to export as a high-resolution image. By using Preview, you can export it as a JPG or a PNG, and it will be in high resolution from the PDF. You can even specify the resolution upon export.
Open PowerPoint and click File Options Advanced under Image Size and Quality, check the box Do not compress images in file and select High fidelity in the Default resolution list.
