Im going to show you from a photograph that isnt correctly cropped so that whether youve got your photograph cropped or not you can do it both ways. So if youve got your photograph cropped then just go to the insert tab, go to pictures, click on the drop down and select picture from file, just select the picture that you want and then select insert. Now once youve inserted your image youll find that you cant move it around anywhere in your document. Easy fix for that is to just select it, right click, go down to wrap text and select in front of text. Alternatively select it and go to picture format go along to wrap text here, click on the drop down and select in front of text.
