Register in DocHub and select one of its paid subscriptions that provides the Attachment Fields feature. After you upload and fill out the document in the editor, click Manage Fields -> Image, drag this field where you need it, and adjust it using the right sidebar. Insert the required visuals, then sign your PDF with .tiff attachments using the appropriate feature on the upper toolbar.
