In the video, Timmy demonstrates how to sign a PDF on a Chromebook without printing it out, sign it physically, and then scan it back in. To begin, ensure that the PDF is downloaded to the Chromebook and saved as an actual PDF file in the files app. If the PDF is only attached in an email or open in a tab, save it to the Chromebook by clicking the download button. Open the files app to locate the PDF, which may be saved in Google Drive, my files, or the downloads folder. Double-click to access the PDF and proceed with signing it digitally.
