To add a digital signature, open your Microsoft Word document and click where youd like to add your signature line. From the Word ribbon, select the Insert tab and then click Signature Line in the Text group. A Signature Setup pop-up box appears. Enter your information in the text fields and click OK.
You can use signature stamps for signing and endorsing checks, perfect for getting payroll done in a timely manner. Signature rubber stamps also come in handy if you are out of the office and need to have a trusted employee sign for you in your absence.
